1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing products on ToolMint ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not use our website or purchase our products.
2. Description of Service & Product
ToolMint provides client-side browser utilities for developers, writers, students, and professionals (including JSON formatters, base64 encoders, PDF tools, text manipulation tools, and calculators).
- Free Tier: Free access includes a daily allowance of 10 tool actions across all 200+ utilities, resetting at midnight.
- ToolMint Pro: A digital product providing lifetime unlimited usage across all tools for a single, one-time payment of $1 USD.
3. Pricing & Payment Terms
ToolMint Pro is priced at a flat, one-time fee of $1.00 USD. There are no recurring monthly, annual, or automatic renewal fees. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments handles payment processing, fraud detection, billing inquiries, and applicable taxes. When you make a purchase, you also agree to Dodo Payments' terms and policies.
4. Digital Delivery & License Activation
Upon successful payment of $1 USD, your digital License Key is delivered immediately on the checkout confirmation screen and sent via email confirmation to the email address provided during checkout.
You can activate your product at any time by entering your license key into the activation form on our Pricing page or within any tool modal. Activation grants unlimited lifetime access on your browser.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the immediate digital delivery and non-revocable nature of the digital license key, all purchases of ToolMint Pro ($1.00 USD) are final and non-refundable. Users are encouraged to evaluate the utilities using our daily free tier prior to purchasing.
Because ToolMint Pro is a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription, there are no recurring subscription renewals to cancel. Please review our detailed Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ToolMint tools for personal, educational, and commercial projects. You agree not to:
- Attempt to attack, disrupt, or overload our hosting infrastructure.
- Redistribute, resell, or publicly share paid license keys.
- Circumvent or tamper with client-side licensing mechanisms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
ToolMint tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While our calculations and algorithms are designed for precision, we make no warranties that outputs will be completely error-free. You are responsible for verifying any critical output data.
