ToolMint is a collection of browser-side utility tools. Most tools process data entirely in your browser. We take your privacy seriously.

Data Processing

Your files, text, and data entered into our tools are processed locally in your browser. We do not upload, store, or transmit tool input/output data to our servers. Certain tools may use third-party libraries loaded from CDNs.

User Accounts & Authentication

We offer optional user accounts for ToolMint members. When you create an account, we store your email address and encrypted password. Account data is used solely for authentication and to provide unlimited tool access to signed-in users. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Cookies

We use cookies for the following purposes:

• Authentication cookies: To keep you signed in across browser sessions (set by our secure tm_auth cookie).
• Usage tracking cookies: We use cookies (tm_usage_count and tm_usage_date) to track the number of tool uses per day. This enables our free tier limit of 5 uses per day. An unlock cookie (tm_unlocked) remembers if you unlocked unlimited chances. These cookies do not contain personal information.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand site usage patterns. We do not use intrusive tracking scripts. Any analytics we implement will be minimal and respect your privacy.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Cloudflare Workers for hosting
• jsDelivr CDN for loading open-source libraries

Your Rights

You can clear your cookies at any time to reset your usage counter and remove authentication state. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us at rishibanota837@gmail.com.
